As one of the fastest growing companies in the construction industry, we consistently work on new and unique projects – and we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team.   We are seeking a full-time General Superintendent Foundations/Concrete in Maple Grove, MN. Our focus is efficiency and to be the best at what we do. Individual will be required to grow in the position and excellent company growth opportunities exist for the right candidate.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide variety of Carpentry/Concrete applications on one or multiple projects at a time
  • Perform daily safety audits on responsible work sites
  • Manage all sub-contractors on responsible work sites
  • Maintain all required paperwork for responsible work sites including documentation of timecards/production quantities using Heavy Job program

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience - 7-10 preferred.
  • Understanding of Foundations, Piling, & Concrete
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret plans/blueprints – even when conflicting information exists
  • Experience in Construction software a plus: We use Bluebeam, Agtek, Civil 3D, HCSS (HeavyBid & HeavyJob), MS Project
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailed and organized
  • Able to cope with stress of day to day activities, while looking at the bigger picture
  • Ability to cultivate new client relationships, while maintaining current ones
